ABOUT POLICIES
The following policies are in place to protect your children and
make their stay with me an enjoyable one.
Fees: Please call me for the fees as
it may vary slightly depending on age. All fees are due the first
day of the week at the time of child drop off. The fees must be
paid even if your child misses a day or more. Any returned checks
are subject to a fee.

Licensing: I am licensed by the state
of Texas and parents are welcome to review my licensing at any time.

An abuse hotline is available at 1-800-252-5400.
Supplies: Please bring to day care two
extra change of clothes for each child. You also need to provide
diapers, wipes, and baby bottles or sippy cups. Please do not bring
toys or food from home to the center.
Meals:
Breakfast - 7:30 no later
A.M. Snack - 10:00
Lunch - Noon
P.M. Snack - 3:30
Dinner - 5:00
Nap Time: Naps are between 1:00p.m. and
3:00p.m.
Illness: Please do not bring your child
to the day if he or she has a contagious illness. If your child
becomes sick while at day care they will need to be picked up. Children
may not return to the day care until they are free from fever for
at least 24 hours. It is preferred to have a permission slip from
your doctor saying it is safe to come back.
Medication: I can not give medication
without a signed form from your doctor.
Emergency Matters: For emergencies such
as fire, gas leak, etc... You can contact me at 972-235-6175 or
972-669-1050.
Medical Emergency Procedure:
1. Start with CPR and/or First Aid
2. Call 911
3. Call the backup person
4. Call the parents
5. Call the TDPRS
Releasing a Child: You must furnish in
writing the names of any one who is authorized to pick up your child.
In case of emergency call ahead of time and give me the name of
the person you have authorized to pick up your child. I will require
a valid photo ID before releasing your child to anyone who has not
been previously approved.
Discipline Policy: My rules for discipline
consist of a time out, appropriate to the child's level of understanding.
Visitations: Parents are welcome to visit
during any of my hours of operation.
Termination: If you decide to withdraw
your child from my care, please give me 2 weeks notice. Feel free
to talk to me anytime about any concerns you might have. My door
is always open.
